This Quick-Check Organizational Personality Assessment
is designed to give you a high level view into your organization’s personality. Does your organization have a top-down culture? Do you know if it has a competitive, innovative or open culture? Knowing more about the personality of your organization will help you to understand the best way to approach a SMART Workplace transformation process.
